Trip to Germany proved fruitful in application when it comes to Teaching Learning process. Interaction with the faculty from Germany and USA through Indo-German youth exchange programme in 2012, made it clear what should be brought in to Indian Education System. The exact flair that’s required in our education system to be in the competition internationally.
Having enrolled in the diplomas such as Cambridge International Certificate in Educational Leadership (CICEL) and Diploma for teachers and trainers offered by Cambridge (CIDTT) makes her a clear exquisite leader.
